Perhaps more people in the media & news outlets should TAKE her example and STOP propping up worthless news as LEAD stories. The public deserves a little more respect than to be fed gossip and 'filler' material disguised as NEWS. Thank you Mika!! There are more important things going on in the world, why do we care about Paris, Britney, Lindsay and all the other Hollywood brats?? (Because we are Insane and just gotta?)  :)

G.I. Joe movie in the works: Who's gonna play Cobra Commander?

According to VideoEta.com, G.I. Joe is going to make the leap to the big screen! The movie will feature G.I. Joe fighting for freedom wherever there's trouble and taking on Cobra, the ruthless terrorist organization determined to rule the world. Stephen Sommers of 'The Mummy,' 'The Mummy Returns' and 'Van Helsing' fame is slated to direct the film. VideoEta.com is requesting Gary Oldman to play Cobra Commander. My pick? Jim Carrey. He already has experience playing melodramatic villians in flicks such as 'Batman Forever,' 'The Cable Guy' and 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas' and would capture the zaniness of Cobra Commander perfectly. Who would you choose?
